EDIOTS is an online apparel brand offering custom-designed, print-on-demand and ready-to-ship products.

Some products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party providers, including Printrove, while other products are stocked, packed and shipped directly by EDIOTS. Fulfilment, cancellation and return conditions may vary by product type.

By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, purchase for lawful purposes and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If purchasing for another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, specifications and prices are accurate. However, colours may vary by screen, printed products may have minor variations, measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances, and availability or specifications may change without notice where permitted by law.

Minor variations that do not materially affect a product will not ordinarily be considered defects. Product listings may identify the fulfilment type; if not, EDIOTS may determine it based on availability and operational requirements.

Print-on-demand products may be manufactured after an order is placed and fulfilled by Printrove or another third-party provider. Once production begins, changes to the product, size, colour, design or shipping details may not be possible.

These products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or no longer being required. Exceptions may apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied or materially different products under our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

Products stocked, packed and shipped directly by EDIOTS may be eligible for a no-questions-asked return within the period and subject to the conditions stated in our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

This option applies only to eligible in-house stocked products and not to print-on-demand products. Returned products must meet all applicable requirements regarding timing, condition, tags, packaging and proof of purchase.

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee acceptance for fulfilment.

We may refuse or cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, technical issues, operational limitations or failed verification. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, we will issue an applicable refund.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges and other applicable fees will be shown during checkout where relevant. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, refunding amounts paid for cancelled orders.

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways. You must provide valid payment information. Payments may be subject to verification, and we may delay, suspend or cancel orders involving declined, reversed or potentially fraudulent payments.

Orders may be manufactured, packed and delivered through third-party fulfilment and courier partners or directly by EDIOTS. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary due to production, fulfilment type, location, courier availability, weather, holidays, transportation delays, address issues, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order is handed to a courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s processes and serviceability. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, phone number and other required information. EDIOTS is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If an order is returned to origin because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to receive the shipment or another customer-attributable reason, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Return and exchange rules depend on the product’s fulfilment type.

Eligible in-house stocked products may be returned under our no-questions-asked return policy, subject to the applicable period and conditions. Print-on-demand products are generally not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or because they are no longer required.

Defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied or materially different print-on-demand products may qualify for replacement, exchange or refund under our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

For mixed orders, each product is subject to the rules applicable to its fulfilment type. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights available under applicable Indian law.

Cancellation requests for print-on-demand products must be submitted promptly. If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to process an eligible cancellation; after production or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible.

In-house stocked products may generally be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the applicable return process may be required. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

Promotional offers and discount codes may have specific terms, expiry dates and product restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, only one code may be used per order, and offers may be withdrawn or restricted where permitted by law.

We may refuse fraudulent or abusive use of promotional offers.

Website content, including the EDIOTS name, branding, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text, layouts, product descriptions and marketing materials, is owned by or licensed to EDIOTS and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit it without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying artwork or intellectual property.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful, non-infringing and free from harmful material. You grant EDIOTS a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display and publish the content for legitimate business, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

You must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, interference with Website security or operation, distribution of malware, unauthorised scraping, intellectual-property infringement, transmission of harmful material or any activity that may harm EDIOTS, customers or service providers.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

The Website may use third-party services, including payment providers, Shopify, Printrove, courier companies, analytics providers and other technology or service providers. These providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. EDIOTS is not responsible for their independent acts, policies or practices to the extent permitted by law, but will reasonably coordinate on legitimate order-related issues.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, current or free from harmful components. We may suspend or modify it for maintenance, updates, security or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDIOTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from Website use or product purchases, including losses caused by Website interruptions, third-party failures, courier delays, customer misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events such as natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, war, telecommunications failures, courier disruptions, power failures or cybersecurity incidents. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise their impact.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Indian law.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data.

By using the Website, placing an order, submitting a form or communicating electronically, you agree to receive electronic communications permitted by law, including order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates and customer-service messages. Marketing communications may be opted out of separately.

We may update our products, services, Website and these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and remedies, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights, restricts remedies under Indian law, excludes non-excludable liability or prevents access to an appropriate consumer forum, authority or dispute-resolution mechanism. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory requirement prevails.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or interpreted to the extent legally possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy and other expressly incorporated policies, form the agreement governing your use of the Website and purchase of products from EDIOTS.
