A part of EDIOTS currently operates through a print-on-demand model.

That means some products are made only after you place an order, instead of producing huge quantities and storing them in warehouses.

Less guessing.
Less excess inventory.
Less stuff sitting around waiting to be sold.

It's not a perfect system, but it's one step toward making only what actually gets worn.

We're working toward a bigger change.

Our goal is to move all EDIOTS products through our own fulfilment centre by next year.

Why?

Because having greater control over our production, inventory, packaging and shipping means we can make smarter decisions at every step.

It gives us the opportunity to:

• Reduce unnecessary movement of products;
• Better manage inventory and avoid overproduction;
• Improve packaging choices;
• Reduce fulfilment inefficiencies;
• Have greater control over how products are packed and shipped; and
• Work toward becoming carbon neutral.

We don't believe sustainability is about making one big claim.

It's about making better decisions, repeatedly.

We're looking at everything from how we produce our garments to how they're packaged, stored and delivered.

As EDIOTS grows, we're committed to improving these systems instead of simply producing more.

Right now, because we work with third-party fulfilment partners for part of our production and shipping, EDIOTS is not fully carbon neutral.

And we're okay saying that.

We'd rather show you the journey than pretend we've already reached the destination.

Our goal is to work toward carbon neutrality in the coming year, alongside bringing our fulfilment operations under greater EDIOTS control.

And we'll keep improving from there.

For us, responsible fashion doesn't mean making boring clothes.

It means creating pieces people actually want to keep, wear and live in — while continuously finding better ways to make them.
