EDIOTS is an independent streetwear brand focused on oversized T-shirts, hoodies and graphic-led apparel. We create pieces inspired by design, culture, graphics and the idea of wearing something that feels different.

EDIOTS was founded in 2020 in Gir, Gujarat, India.

Our products may be manufactured through different fulfilment channels. Some products are produced through our print-on-demand partner, while selected products are produced in advance and held in EDIOTS inventory. The specific fulfilment method may vary by product.

GSM stands for Grams per Square Metre and refers to the weight and density of the fabric. Our 240 GSM T-shirts are made with a heavier, more substantial fabric than typical lightweight T-shirts, giving them a structured and premium streetwear feel.

Our T-shirts are designed with an oversized streetwear fit, offering a relaxed silhouette with more room through the body and sleeves. For the best fit, check the size chart available on each product page before ordering.

Our fabric composition can vary by product. Please check the individual product page for the exact fabric composition, GSM and construction details of the T-shirt you're interested in.

Our prints are designed for durability when the garment is cared for correctly. However, repeated exposure to high heat, harsh detergents and improper washing can affect both the fabric and print over time. Following our recommended washing instructions will help maintain the print quality.

For the best results: Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing. Wash with cold or lukewarm water. Use a mild detergent. Prefer a gentle wash cycle. Avoid harsh bleach or strong chemicals. Do not scrub directly over the print. Avoid high-temperature washing.

We recommend air drying whenever possible. If using a dryer, use a low-temperature setting. Excessive heat can affect the fabric, fit and printed artwork.

Yes, but avoid applying direct high heat to the printed area. Turn the T-shirt inside out and use a low to medium temperature when ironing.

We recommend following the care instructions provided with the specific product. For most everyday cotton and streetwear garments, normal gentle washing is preferred.

Keep your T-shirt folded or hung in a clean, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.

We accept multiple secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI and other payment options available at checkout. Payments on EDIOTS are securely processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.

Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure. EDIOTS does not store your complete card details on our servers.

COD availability may vary depending on the product, delivery location and availability at checkout. If COD is available for your order, it will be shown as a payment option during checkout.

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hey@ediots.in. For print-on-demand products, changes may not be possible once production has started. For stocked products, changes or cancellations may be possible before dispatch.

Yes! Free shipping is available on all EDIOTS orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Whether you order one T-shirt or multiple products, you don't need to reach a minimum order value to qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times can vary depending on the product, your location and the fulfilment method. Some products are shipped directly from EDIOTS, while certain print-on-demand products are manufactured and fulfilled through our fulfilment partner. Your estimated delivery timeline will be communicated during or after checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.

While we work with our fulfilment and courier partners to deliver orders on time, occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us at hey@ediots.in and we'll help you track it.

A print-on-demand product is manufactured after you place your order rather than being taken from existing inventory. EDIOTS uses Printrove as a third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partner for selected products.

No. EDIOTS uses both print-on-demand and in-stock fulfilment. Some products are manufactured and shipped through Printrove, while other products are already stocked by EDIOTS and shipped directly by us or through our logistics partners.

Print-on-demand products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because they are made for the particular order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or colour preference. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what you ordered.

Yes, but return eligibility depends on how the product is fulfilled. EDIOTS-shipped products: We offer no-questions-asked returns on eligible products, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy. Print-on-demand products: These products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges because they are produced specifically after an order is placed. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products may still qualify for a replacement, exchange or refund.

For eligible products shipped directly by EDIOTS, you can request a return within the applicable return period without having to provide a reason for returning the product. The product must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused, unworn and in its original condition with tags and packaging where required.

For EDIOTS-shipped products, exchanges may be available subject to our return and exchange conditions. For print-on-demand products, size exchanges are generally not available when the wrong size was selected by the customer. Always check our size chart before placing your order.

Don't worry. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing, printing, fulfilment or delivery-related defect, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs. We'll investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
